Kodak Alaris hosted our annual channel conference with 250 attendees from both North and South America. The theme for the event was “Kodak Alaris is STRONGER than ever!” This theme was carried throughout the meeting from keynote presentations to a gift for each attendee.

IN Tradeshows and Events was given the challenge to come up with a unique idea for a giveaway that would support the theme within a limited budget. They put together a gift around the idea of having a “healthy lifestyle”, selecting a classy, durable gym bag and a variety of quality items that would be used by health conscious people. The package included a Coleman water bottle, a pedometer, a golf towel, and retractable ear buds, completely branded for Kodak Alaris. Branded composition notebooks and pens also provided useful tools while attendees took part in this educational conference.

The IN team procured all items and even put the bags together to create a wonderful welcome gift for all attendees. This was a HUGE time saver for our logistics team and everyone loved the gift bag.

As part of our conference, we presented awards to our sales performance and channel partners. IN Tradeshows selected and secured personalized crystal awards for each recipient, engraving with our logo and in multiple languages. Winners were pleased and impressed!
